We ship our pasta subscription boxes monthly across Montana. Each box is carefully packed to preserve freshness during transit.
- Shipping Schedule: Boxes ship once per month. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is on its way
- Transit Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location
- Packaging: We use protective, food-safe materials to maintain quality and freshness
- Shipping Issues: If your box arrives late, damaged, or compromised, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love every bite. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your box upon arrival. If you notice any damage, spoilage, or receive the wrong item, email us at yellowstonepasta@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We’ll respond with next steps.
